A Note on COVID-19
Big Tin Robot will remain operational as long as the post office is still accepting regular drop-offs. In the event of a stricter quarantine, we will schedule pickups with the post office, but that may delay packages by a day or so compared to our current turn-around time. If the situation should evolve further, we will update here again. Thank you for your patience and consideration during this time. We hope all our customers, friends, business partners, and all their families stay healthy. Remember to thank your postal carriers & delivery people for all the extra work they'll be doing in this challenging time.
